Thank you!

I want to wish you all a peaceful time this Christmas and to thank each and everyone of you for being part of my life this year! I really appreciate your love and support! I have been blessed to meet and train some truly amazing and talented people this year.

I have also been working with some amazing people masterminding for the year and so looking forward to be doing the same again! And I have been lucky enough to receive healing in many different forms from around the globe, as well as qualify as a Shamanic Healer!

Christmas is a time when we come together, putting emotions aside for a while (wouldn’t it be nice if we could all do it forever). But, it isn’t a great time for everyone, families living a part, people who are missing loved ones, in fact it can be quite a lonely time for some even surrounded by people.

So, my Christmas gift to you is a burst of Christmas Reiki and what better time to combine it than with the Winter Solstice… If you are in need of an energy pick-me-up or an emotional one, just find a quiet space and accept the Reiki from me, if you don’t need it don’t worry it won’t go to waste.

The 22nd December is the Winter Solstice, our longest night of the year and our shortest day!

If you are lucky enough to have any time off over christmas then you may want to have a clear-out and try “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up,” – One tip was not to tidy the house as a project to do things individually, apparently it’s critical that you clean by category, not by location. And you start with your clothes, then move on to books.

So how was 2015 for you?

A lot of people go over their year analysing and dissecting… so few questions to help you fully engage with this.

When you look back on 2015 what do you think of? Are there 3 words you could use to describe it?

What dreams came true in 2015?

What lessons did you learn?

Write it down and ponder on the amazing things that happened, do it month by month, checking that you haven’t forgotten anything! It is easy to let one event control the whole year!

Full Moon!

Don’t forget to look up on Christmas day! 1977 was the last full moon that graced our skies on Christmas day. But this year, a bright full moon will be an added gift for us.

December’s full moon is the last of the year and called the Full Cold Moon because it occurs during the beginning of winter.

This rare event won’t happen again until 2034.

I’m off to put the finishing touches to some beautiful packages I will be launching next year, whatever your plans, make sure you get some time for you! Just five minutes sitting quietly can be enough to recharge your batteries. And if you are out and about or find yourself surrounded by energy vampires make sure you protect yourself and your energy!

If you would like to know how, drop me a line and I will tell you how.
