Now it's your turn!
Join the journey of a lifetime
What would your journey of a lifetime look like?
-
One of the villas over the sea in the Maldives?
-
A trek to Machu Picchu?
-
An all-inclusive in Mexico?
-
Swimming with Dolphins?
This is a different type of journey, one that puts you at the heart as the adventurous heroine. This journey is going inwards, but rather than the centre of the earth we venture into our Souls!
The emotional pain you have experienced feels like physical pain and it has the ability to take you down on your hands and knees or curling up into a ball!
It hurts but no one understands it...

Coercive control is an act or a pattern of acts of assault, threats, humiliation, and intimidation, or other abuse that is used to harm, punish, or frighten the victim.
This controlling behaviour is designed to make a person dependent by isolating them from support, exploiting them, depriving them of independence, and regulating their everyday behaviour.
Coercive control creates invisible chains and a sense of fear that pervades all elements of a victim’s life.
It works to limit their human rights by depriving them of their liberty and reducing their ability for action.
Some common examples of coercive behaviour are:
-
Isolating you from friends and family
-
Depriving you of basic needs, such as food
-
Monitoring your time
-
Monitoring you via online communication tools or spyware
-
Taking control over aspects of your everyday life, such as where you can go, who you can see, what you can wear, and when you can sleep
-
Depriving you access to support services, such as medical services
-
Repeatedly putting you down, such as saying you’re worthless
-
Humiliating, degrading, or dehumanising you
-
Controlling your finances
-
Making threats or intimidating you

I am sure you have some questions...
It sounds wonderful Elizabeth but is this programme really for me?
Absolutely! You’ll be learning everything you need to know, can learn the tools to heal the wounds, grieve the relationship and break the trauma bonds.
You will find tremendous value in this course whether you have are newly separated or you have your relationship ended years ago.
What would happen if I missed a live call?
You’ll have access to the recordings in a private vault, which allows you not only catch up if you miss a call but also to go back and watch again.
Each call is accompanied by a workbook.
Can I attend this course if the abuser wasn't an intimate partner?
Absolutely, this abuse isn't carried out by intimate partners alone! You might find your boss has these traits or you grew up in this environment. You will learn everything you need to know to heal the wounds, and break any trauma bonds.
How long do results take will I be healed by the end of the course?
Like anything it depends on your commitment to your healing, it is important to remember that you might have had the wounds for decades so it might not be overnight. Most people see results in the first 3 months, but the majority will see change between 6–12 months, that is why I have extended this course to provide on going support for up to 9 months.

Elizabeth is on a mission
Hold on tight for the ride of your life!
There isn't a one size fits all solution, the patterns are the same but the pain is unique for each and every one of us.
Elizabeth is on a mission to support women dealing with emotional abuse.
Emotional Abuse is a pattern of behaviour. One person uses fear, humiliation, guilt, or manipulation tactics to gain power over another.
She works intuitively with clients and helps them identify and clear emotional trauma being held in their bodies, but it wasn't until the breakdown of her marriage that she saw the patterns and leant a new language which lead to her book The A to Z of Emotional Abuse.
She began to realise this was a game and she didn’t have the rules. I had been left a shell of her former self, and had lost everything; she was not only broke she was broken.
She has been working with clients for the last 20 years, but it was after the breakdown of her marriage she started to understand her life's purpose.
Emotional Abuse, unlike physical abuse often goes unnoticed, the damage it causes puts the victim into a state of confusion. For most, they had no idea it is taking place. She is making it her mission to help as many people as she can heal from this invisible trauma.
